Orthophoto Coverage
In our
Premium Edition we have
combined and merged all available LINZ Orthphoto's to give a real
bird's eye of terrain and eye-popping 3D visuals of an area.
To the
right is an area coverage map showing where the Orthophoto's currently
cover. These areas and all areas in between are of course covered by
the GeographX 'VirtualLand' layer, LINZ Topo50 Topographical map and basemaps.
At a
resolution of around 1 pixel to 2.5m, the Orthophoto is a great way to
better visualise an area, see its vegetation, make out buildings,
terrain and landmarks with ease.
As with
the Street and VirtualLand maps, this map layer is only
available in our Premium Edition products.
